  1. What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

Most of the products on our website do not have MOQ, but since our prices are all wholesale prices, for small order quantity, no discount. 
Sample order without extra fee from us, Just make order as usual .

  1. How to place  order ?

First Way – order online
1) Please register on https://www.romgirls.com/account/register, fill information and choose server.
2) Select items you like into shopping cart, then follow the instructions to complete the order form and submit, getting your order number.
3) After you place the order, please pay directly online and confirm right shipping address on Paypal if you pay with Paypal.

Second Way – Order through email/ skype / whatsapp
Send order list (model number, sizes, and quantity) to us, we will do invoice (within 24 hours) for you to check and pay .

  1. About the order process

first, follow "3. How to place order " and place order with us.
And then, after you place the order and do payment, we will check your payment soon and arrange worker to process your order.
Finally, afetr we send your order out, we will update order status and tell you the tracking number, so you could check online.

  1. What should I do when fail to place order ?
  • Use other browsers. There’re many browsers you can use, such as IE, Firefox, Google chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.
  • B. If it still doesn’t work, you can copy the goods list including item number, size and color; send us by email together with your username on our site, and also your full shipping address. We’ll place the order for you and then let you know. 
  1. Can you separate my order to several packages in order to avoid tax in custom ?

Usually we send only one time (one or few cartoons) for one order with only one tracking number, unless it's too large. If you want us to send two or more packages with different tracking numbers, please write down the request in the Notice when you submit the order. But more packages, more shipping cost needed, we will contact you to pay the difference, please note.

  1. Can I confirm stock status with you before payment ?

Yes, after you place the order, contact us to check stocks, we will delete out of stock items value and send updated invoices to you. But as you know, our stock status is changing every hour, so we can't promise that the items will be still in stock when we prepare your order.

  1. What will happen if there are out-of-stock items in my order after payment ?

We will contact you within 24 hours, you tell us change or wait or credit for out of stock items.
Usually, to avoid to delay your order, we'll send out the ready items on time and then recalculate the item prices and shipping fee. All excess payment would be credited to your next order. If you want, we can also refund to your PayPal account.

  1. Why my cart is empty when I open it again next day ?

Because maybe you forgot to log in your account when chose items, and our system stores the cart in the cache of the browser, so once the cache has been cleared, the cart will be empty.
